RSS Reader

Overview

The RSS Reader allows the user to display feeds from various sources such as blogs and news headlines. Most news websites and blogs have a feed displayed on their site (indicated by a RSS graphic ). You can also do an internet search for “the organization’s name + RSS feed”.

To configure the RSS Reader, click on the Component Menu() and click on Setup. Copy and paste the URL of the RSS feed into the setup screen of the component. Here, you can also choose to display various aspects of the feed (Title, Summary, Read More button, date published, authors, and number of items to display in the feed). If you want all of the items on the feed to display, type zero. To finish the setup, click Apply & Close.
